1) Main Tasks
Production record
Production arrangement for assigned production line Planning, implement and check current and future operation requirements and on production process. Coordinate and arrange monthly/weekly/daily production activities, material flow / inventory to achieve production target in schedule and meet customer expectations, including trial production.
Monitoring production process
Coordinate closely with purchasing, quality control, maintenance and related department to ensure the communication flows and production schedules. Effect corrections and make timely adjustments if necessary to ensure the timely production and quality of the finished and intermediate products and to eliminate deficiencies to ensure the products meet plant standards

Material flows
Work with the relevant personnel of logistics/ procurement/ material management to ensure sufficient supply of materials, product flows, including stopping procurement of material affected by change.
Data recording of manufacturing equipment
Coordinate calibration for all manufacturing equipment and put data in computer system including proposals for using capital equipment.
Maintenance and repairing
Interface and consult with engineering personnel relative to maintenance and repairing schedules, actions, including modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
Documentation
Consolidate all production plans, outputs, defected goods as weekly/ monthly report to assist production
 Improvements.
Facilitate the compilation of manufacturing/ engineering process manuals/ blueprints by updating data,
 processes and ensuring the availability of the documents.
Prepare document for audit such as PSM,ISO 9001,14001,50001,Responsible CARE
Safety and housekeeping
According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures by seeking consultation from with EHS Manager, including enforcement in the observation of all company’s operations, safety, ecology and housekeeping guidelines to maintain a working environment that supports work safety and production activities.
People management
Be responsible for the general management of production manpower, e.g. staffing, performance
appraisal, motivation, training in the department. Conducts hearings to resolve or effect settlement of grievances and consult Human Resources function as appropriate.
Expansion / modification project
Carry out all phases of plant expansion/modification to improve productivity and reduce cost.

2) Education/Qualification:
 - Bachelor & Master degree above in chemistry or chemical engineering
 - Sound technical understanding
 - Good English communication skill
